Your energy is the ammo
keeping the truth upfront; digital oil; spiritual cowards; spinach in your teeth; become a cabbage

Yoda advised Luke the Force was his ally: “Life creates it, makes it grow. Its energy surrounds us, binds us. Luminous beings are we, not this crude matter.”
Everything is made up of energy that vibrates at a certain frequency. Even thoughts? Like Yoda’s words, you can either mock this theory as New Age lingo cringe or take it as the most profound statement ever – and I find that exciting.
If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.
– Nikola Tesla
One thing for sure, I loaded this post with energy, good energy. Enjoy!
That speech
Grounded, packed with wisdom, witty and fun, full of life and compassion. This is Water commencement speech by David Foster Wallace is a must-read. His depiction of white-collar life routine alone will make you smile.
For those who prefer a visual cue, After Skool (subscribe!) created an animated version using the original audio.
It sounds surreal that Wallace committed suicide three years after giving a speech showing such a clear understanding of the key to happiness.
This reminds me that what matters is not our principles, but how we act on them daily. Wallace mentioned that "the whole trick is keeping the truth up front in daily consciousness” – which requires the most energy.
This deep dive
If Bitcoin is considered digital gold, Ethereum would be digital oil – the fuel, the energy. A world computer that gives crypto a purpose in addition to being a store of value. While this narrative isn’t dead, in the last two years it hasn’t reflected in the price of Ethereum.
Nemesis released a great noob-friendly analysis of Ethereum, giving on-point context and a sharp take on its “brand issue”. I agree with their statement: Vitalik is the single most valuable brand asset Ethereum has.

Vitalik Buterin is the inventor of Ethereum. Vitalik is posthuman, I can’t decently pretend to be part of the same species. I’m a fan and he is the only person I would trust in the crypto world. His character alone made me invest in 2017, and hodling since then.
To understand my feelings, listen to this conversation from 2018 with Tyler Cowen. Vitalik was 24 at the time, effortlessly articulating his conception of political decentralization to one of the most influential economists.
The Force is strong with this one. How could anyone doubt his project?
This manifesto
is very Just do. Got triggered.

This subtle difference
There’s a subtle but crucial difference between a kind and a nice person. And you’ll always remember it, thanks to that spinach.

Critical feedback takes energy. It's hard to give and hard to receive - making it scarce and valuable.
Interlude

This memory
In a session, a coach asked me who I would choose if I could be any superhero.
Without hesitation, I said Obi-Wan Kenobi.
He dissolved into laughter; I smiled – good energy.
This poem
An invitation to preserve this beautiful and precious energy.
Thanks for your attention. Take care, and have a great week ☀️
